Description

Total estimated value of the lots: EUR 32 600 000 excluding VAT.
Structural work: beam column/beam/networks under pavement/watertightness of terraces: slab on stud VRD: networks and roads around the building. Supply and implementation of the Flexbrick type double skin, installation of curtain walls and cassette system. Supply of all external joinery, including doors. Supply and installation of locksmith and glaziery works: glazed frames, metal doors, metal stairs, glazed metal doors, railings, handrails, enclosures and technical footbridges, various works. Supply and installation of: plasterboard partitions and linings - removable partitions. Supply and fitting of: wood wool ceilings and walls, removable suspended ceilings in mineral fibre, non-removable suspended ceilings in plasterboard, acoustic panels in absorbent fabric, miscellaneous works. Supply and installation of: Raised floors, raw slabs, fire barrier. Supply and fitting of: door units including ironwork and hardware, movable wall, technical shaft facades, mirrors, signage, hatches, skirting boards. Supply and laying of: porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles. Supply and laying of: carpet tiles, flexible PVC floors, podotactile strips and nails. Painting work on walls, ceilings and floors. Supply and laying of: DHW production, EC and EF networks, sanitary appliances. Supply and installation of motors and smoke extraction ducts in all areas, hot/cold production by heat pump, air handling units for ventilation and associated ducts, air conditioning cassettes on the floors. Supply and installation of transformers, low-voltage light fixtures, power sockets, VDI networks, cable trays, video surveillance cameras, access control and intrusion. Supply and installation of two 630 kg triplexes and a freight elevator. - Supply and implementation of lawn, perennials and climbing plants, including topsoil, Supply and planting of stem trees, supply and implementation of exotic wood benches.
