Description

mh restoration works on the northern facade of the marsan wing of the louvre palace (rue de rivoli) - lOT 02 - CLEANING - DEEPENING - restoration and consolidation of sculptures/statues. For information, all the work will be carried out in ten (10) lots. The present contract notice concerns only lot no. 02 launched in an anticipated way. The ACMH works operation concerns the restoration of 14 bays of the façade of the Marsan wing on the rue de Rivoli side, in front of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, from the floor to the lead acroterion crowning the slate roof. The Marsan Wing is located to the northwest of the Palais du Louvre, between the Rohan Wing to the east and the Marsan Pavilion to the west. It runs parallel to the rue de Rivoli to the north and adjoins the Carrousel garden to the south. On the architectural and patrimonial level, the project is led by the agency of the Chief Architect of the Historic Monuments territorially competent, namely the GOUTAL agency
lot 02 - CLEANING - DEPOLLUTION - restoration and consolidation of sculptures/statues.the object of this lot is the cleaning and de-pollution of the plain moulded and sculpted facings, including the statues, and the restoration and consolidation of the sculpted facings and statues of the north facade of the Marsan wing from spans T17 to T30 included, as described in the specifications and in particular:- specific site installation for the work with the aerial platform Creation of a concrete slab on the cycle track for the diversion of pedestrians and re-marking of the cycle track on the ground after removal - Cleaning of pollution by aerial platforms - Cleaning of pollution on scaffolding - Additional cleaning on scaffolding - Watertight protections in front of all openings - Restoration and consolidation of sculpted facings and statues This contract is not divided into phases. The present contract is not divided into parts. The lot does not include any additional service (Pse).
