Description

The subject matter of the investment is the extension of voivodeship road no. 851 from voivodeship road no. 874 to the railway station Puławy Ruda.As a public object, it does not have accessibility restrictions by all road traffic participants, which is obliged by the regulations concerning the requirements, among others As a public facility, it does not have accessibility restrictions for all road users, which is required by the regulations on the technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location (i.e. Journal of Laws 2016, item 124, as amended) and bridges (i.e. Journal of Laws 2000, No. 63, item 735, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy on the technical conditions to be met by road engineering structures and their location).
I. Execution of road surface for class G and traffic category KR3 and exits,- execution of road drainage (culverts, storm water drainage, gutters, gutters, gutters, etc.) road drainage (culverts, storm water drainage, gutters, linear drainage, infiltration and evaporation tank),- embankment reinforcement with prefabricated concrete elements, grass seeded with mixture,- construction of street elements,- construction of reinforced road shoulders with aggregate mixture,- vertical and horizontal marking,- fencing the tank with a gate.Electrical and power engineering - elimination of clashes with electrical power devices - reconstruction and protection of the network, - reconstruction of street lighting.Telecommunications engineering - elimination of clashes with telecommunications networks - reconstruction and protection of the network.Sanitary engineering - protection of gas networks.Greenery engineering - cutting down colliding trees and bushes. The Contracting Authority provides for contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law for the following works 7 of the Public Procurement Law for a value not exceeding PLN 300 000 net. The contract will be awarded on the road covered by the scope of the base contract.The scope of the contract will include measuring works with elevation and stabilization of road press, removal of fertile soil layer, performing disassembly of facilities necessary for the realization of the investment, transporting away with utilization of waste located on the construction site, performing excavations, embankments, performing channeling together with profiling, performing frost-resistant layers, cleaning and sprinkling construction layers, performing substructures, performing binding layers, wearing layers, construction and adjustment of exits, construction of street elements, reinforcement of embankments and ditches, construction of culverts, execution of roadside verges, execution of horizontal and vertical road markings and road traffic safety devices, works related to the construction of road drainage, cutting down trees, bushes and trunks, works related to the reconstruction and protection of power and teletechnical networks as well as gas network, works related to the reconstruction of street lighting, works related to the regulation of facility drainage pipes, execution of fencing and tank gate.Conditions under which similar contracts will be awarded: The Contracting Authority will award a contract for the above if there are technical reasons of an objective nature, under the following conditions:- negotiations will be held, during which the parties will establish the detailed scope of the contract, the deadline for performing the contract and the amount of remuneration,- the contractor for the basic contract will perform it to the same standard as for the basic contract.III. The Contracting Authority stipulates the requirements specified in art. 95 par. 1 regarding the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of the persons performing the activities referred to in item XXVI.1 of the ToR for the performance of the contract.IV. In accordance with Article 13.1 and 13.2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(Dz.EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", informs that:- the controller of your personal data is the Director of ZDW in Lublin, 3 B.
