France - Construction work for gas supply pipelines

The North-Western Networks division is launching a consultation for the award of contracts for industrial safety works, grouped works (TG) gas networks and one-off earthworks and the creation of connections in the Seine-Maritime, Eure and Calvados regions (scope of AgIRE engineering). The work involves the renewal of networks and associated connections, the extension of HDPE gas networks, the creation of associated connections and the creation of earthworks for specific connections or for the creation of individual connections. The work is carried out by purchasing the works as part of the control of the anti-damage decree with the creation of class A recovery plans. Tenderers must have all the skills required to carry out the work envisaged. The skills required will be specified in the consultation regulations. The amount of the contract is a minimum commitment indicated for its total duration.
The North-West region renews its Industrial Security contracts - in the territories of Haute-Normandie. The works concerned are carried out within the framework of the control of the anti-damage decree (DAE), geo-detection, geo-referencing and the elaboration and delivery of reconciliation plans and include studies, assistance to the project manager, civil engineering works allowing the renewal of the HDPE gas networks, the installation of the pressure-reducing stations as well as the creation of the connections and associated accessories. Network renewal may be carried out using traditional earthmoving techniques or pipe-lining techniques. The latter must be carried out with the agreement and involvement of GRDF, given the impact on users. When the site is suitable, GRDF prefers the casing technique. Work concerning the construction of gas network extensions and the creation of connections and associated structures or one-off earthworks and the creation of special connections. Work carried out within the framework of the anti-damage decree, including preliminary studies, works declarations, geo-detection of networks, additional investigations, earthworks, embankments and temporary or definitive road repairs in accordance with the rules of the trade and in compliance with the constraints of road managers, the handling of the material supplied by GRDF, the installation of safety/work signs adapted to the worksite, the installation of pipes and connections in accordance with the rules of the trade and respect for CCTP, welding, hydraulic tests, etc. GRDF will specify this point in the consultation regulations. Works concerning specific earthworks for operating agencies or engineering firms for operations carried out by GRDF or creation of special connections. Work carried out within the framework of the anti-damage decree, including preliminary studies, work declarations, geo-detection of networks if necessary, additional investigations, earthworks, embankments and temporary or definitive road repairs in accordance with the rules of the trade and in compliance with the constraints of road managers, the handling of the material supplied by GRDF, the installation of safety/work signs adapted to the worksite, the installation of connections in accordance with the rules of the trade and respect of the CCTP, welding, testing, etc. GRDF will specify this point in the consultation regulations.
