Description
The object of the contract is the construction of the new Mercado de San Andrés, located in Barcelona's Plaza Mercadal, and the subsequent integral conservation and maintenance service of its facilities.Instalaciones:- The main building occupies a rectangular plot of land with approximate dimensions of 28 metres wide by 46 metres long and the second building with an elongated floor that connects Plaza Mercadal with c/ Rubén Daria with approximate measures of 9.5 meters wide by 40 meters long,- The occupancy area on the ground floor of the main building is about 1 200 m2 with a basement of 1 300 m2 and a covered ground floor of 60 m2,- The area of the second building for local Sales and Market administration is 320 m2 on the ground floor, 112 m2 on the 1st floor and 112 m2 on the 2nd floor,- The new Market will have a total of 21 food stops, 1 bar and 15 non-food stops located in the sales premises,- Once the work has been completed and delivered to the IMMB, the provision of integral conservation and maintenance services will begin, in the terms detailed in the technical documentation.
