This contract includes the following works:- General services:The execution of all the works, preparatory work for each building body; Declarations of opening of the site, site recognition, site signage, site signage, signposting and marking on the ground, separation of passenger flows from the site and maintenance of path widths in all circumstances; the execution and maintenance of site installations and their folding at the end of the site, site areas for storage and prefabrication; Access to the various work areas and possible additional site tracks and track crossings; etc...- Civil engineering works quay and structure:The construction of earthworks on the railway estate; the installation of retaining walls; the modification of the levelling of the platforms (in particular partial raising); the resumption of all the platform nosings; the construction of an under-track crossing for the passage of pipes; the construction of trenches for the installation of pipes; the construction or modification of a pulling chamber; the construction of equipment foundation blocks;Rehabilitation of the quayside (asphalt paving); Foundation work on the quayside shelters; Foundation work on the travelators' foundations; Modification of the underpass for the construction of 3 lift shafts; Modification of the underpass for the construction of an accessible ramp to connect to the passenger building; Reduction in the width of existing staircases.Remediation work.- Steel structure work: Quays 1 and 2: Creation of the shooting shelters after the partial demolition of the existing shelters:Steel tray and curved steel tray cover type Floline;Creation of bearings with their covers at the existing footbridge;Steel tray and curved steel tray cover type Floline and metal cladding facades;Creation of bearing covers at the existing footbridge;Steel tray and curved steel tray roofing type Floline and metal cladding facades;Creation of travelator covers;Floline steel tray roofing type Floline and metal cladding facades;Creation of openings in the existing footbridge (structural redesign of the structure);Metal cladding facades.Platform 3: Replacement of an existing string shelter frame;Covering of steel tank and curved steel tank type Floline;Connection BV-PASO;Installation of a cover of the connection ramp BV-PASO;Covering of steel tank and curved steel tank type Floline.- Energy works: Identification and removal of unused cables; removal of existing equipment and its wiring; installation of temporary equipment and its connections from the technical room; installation and connection of final equipment; installation of an electrical cabinet per dock to serve the equipment; Work on existing TGBTs (including modification of the tariff).- Telecom works: The identification and removal of unused cables; the removal of existing equipment and its wiring; the installation of temporary equipment and its connections from the technical room; the installation and connection of final equipment.- Secondary work:Metal fence with bar with wicket door; Glass railing; Painted handrails; Metal door block; Glass screens; Rolling grilles; Glass frames; Glass doors; Glass facades; Detection of cane; Stainless steel baseboards;Lighting supports;Metal cladding;Plaster partitions;Thermal linings;False plaster and mineral slab ceilings;Floor and wall cladding - tiles;Floor and wall cladding - prefabricated slab;Floor and wall cladding - rubber.The work, studies carried out on this contract and the supplies for which the contractor is responsible shall be detailed in the technical specifications and other contract documents.
