Description

SV Darmstadt 98 Stadion GmbH intends to build a new main stand at the Nieder-Ramstädter-Straße 170 stadium in Darmstadt. The planned building is divided into the main building and a roofed, 2-row seating grandstand. The upper and lower part of the grandstand is divided by a terrace, which is accessible from the VIP areas on the ground floor. The main building has a basement, ground floor and mezzanine floor as well as two upper floors, of which the second floor contains the control centre and the building services systems. The building has a simple rectangular floor plan with the overall dimensions of approx. 117.00 x 24.30 metres and is accessed via 3 staircases. The horizontal access to the grandstand is via corridors on the north and south side of the building.the object of the tendered services is the construction of the grandstand roof with the following scope of work:- approx. 295 t steel construction grandstand roof;- approx. 2 t steel construction roof 2nd floor;- approx. 4,920 m2 trapezoidal sheet metal roof;- approx. 380 m2 trapezoidal sheet metal wall;- approx. 575 m2 cladding side walls polycarbonate;- various gutters, verge and desk ridge sheets;- further reference is made to the bill of quantities.
