Description

Design and execution of construction works for the task: reconstruction and repair of a public utility building, former Chair and Clinic of Pediatric Nephrology of the Medical University of Wrocław, located at ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 50-52 in Wrocław (in a design-build system), in accordance with:- conceptual design - Annex no. 9 to the ToR together with the floor plans - Annexes no. 9A to 9F to the ToR - geotechnical opinion - Annex no. 10 to the ToR - technical design and mycological expertise - Annex no. 11 to the ToR.2The purpose of the contract is the reconstruction of a currently unused building for teaching and scientific purposes of the Medical University of Wrocław, designated for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Department of Traumatology and Emergency Medicine and Department of Molecular Immunopathology and Biology. The scope of construction works includes architecture and construction of the building as well as internal installations necessary to carry out the project.3In the part concerning design works, the subject of the contract includes preparation on the basis of documentation (including in particular the functional-utility program - Appendix No. 8 to the ToR), multi-discipline design documentation and obtaining decisions, conditions and arrangements required for the execution of construction works.4In the part concerning construction works, the subject of the contract covers the full scope of demolition works, construction works of all branches of construction, assembly works, construction services and supplies of machinery, devices and equipment concerning the modernized object and its accompanying infrastructure, which the Contractor undertakes to perform and provide to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of the ToR, PFU, project approved by the Contracting Authority for execution, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law Act and other applicable regulations, as well as with the principles of technical knowledge.5Settlement of the design and construction works covered by the subject of the contract shall take place on the basis of: a) a partial invoice issued by the Contractor on the basis of the "Final Project Acceptance Protocol"; b) partial invoices issued by the Contractor according to the progress of works, after partial acceptance of works performed in particular months, on the basis of presented "Partial Acceptance Protocols", approved by persons authorized by the Ordering Party, taking into account the provisions concerning payments due to subcontractors.6The Contractor, at his own expense and on his own account, shall insure the construction site and present the Contracting Authority with an insurance policy covering civil liability insurance, insurance against damage to buildings, equipment, movable property owned by the user and works covered by the agreement - in the period from the date of protocol take-over of the construction site until the handover of the facility to the Contracting Authority after the final acceptance of the subject of the agreement. The Contracting Authority recommends that a site visit be carried out before the deadline for the submission of tenders, to familiarize oneself with the facility in order to familiarize oneself with local conditions, location and infrastructure, with the participation of an employee of the Department of Investment Supervision and Renovation of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Detailed terms and conditions of the agreement implementation are specified in the model agreement - Annex No. 7 to the ToR.
