Klinikum Nordfriesland gGmbH, headquartered in Husum, intends to build a new two-story regional health center at its site in Tönning.The planned two-story new building with flat roof has a gross floor area of approx. 1,450 m² and a volume of approx. 5,905 m³. The building ground requires a deep foundation as pile foundation.The base consists of WU-concrete.The building is constructed of KS masonry and reinforced concrete and receives a green roof. The building will have an elevator and will be built barrier-free.The building will be heated by a heat pump located on the roof and it has a photovoltaic system and a ventilation system.The facade shall receive a red facing brick and it will partially receive a mullion and transom facade. The windows shall be plastic and the exterior doors shall be aluminum and plastic.The flat roof shall be extensively greened.
Electrical work:A security lighting system is to be installed as a small group battery system.A PV system is to be installed as an elevated system on the green roof.The power supply is to be installed via a NSHV as well as other sub-distributions with EVU metering and in some cases separately metered sub-distributions.The general E-installation is to be installed mainly UP, partly in Br. ducts and in floor tanks. KNX is to be installed for building control, including heating control.An RWA system for the stairwell is to be installed.LED lighting is to be installed predominantly as DALI-dimmed luminaires indoors and outdoors, as well as post and bollard luminaires.Construction site lighting and emergency lighting as well as power supply is to be installed for the construction period.Intercom stations with camera and card reader are to be installed at the entrance doors.A handicapped WC of a call system according to DIN 0834 as well as additional call stations in the treatment rooms are to be installed.A satellite system is to be installed.A fire alarm system according to DIN 14675 and DIN 0833-1/4 in Cat.1, The EDP network is to be installed in accordance with EN 50173 in structured cabling from a central EDP cabinet.Lightning protection:An external lightning protection system in accordance with DIN EN 0185-305 in lightning protection class III with an interception grid of 15m is to be installed together with the corresponding ring and foundation earth electrodes and the down conductors. The roof structures, PV system and ventilation units, are to be equipped with interception rods accordingly.
