Description

Renovation of a multi-family residential building at 86 Stanis³awowska Street in Wroc³aw.Term of the contract: 6 months from the date of signing the contract (according to the schedule of material and financial terms). 1.
The scope of the contract includes, among others:1) Renovation of a flat (vacant lot) no. 5,2) rebuilding of chimneys above the roof slope, 3) replacement of window and door frames on the back and side elevation with PVC frames together with window sills and stools (maintaining historical divisions), replacement of steel window balustrades on the staircase up to the required height, replacement of the entrance door to the building from the side of the courtyard,4) replacement of window frames on the front elevation with wooden ones together with window sills, retaining historical divisions,5) repair and reconstruction of sanitary installations including5) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:a) change of the heating method in flats no. 2, 4, 5, 9 from furnace heating to floor heating fuelled by double-function gas boilers with closed combustion chamber, together with dismantling the existing heating sources,b) implementation of gravitational ventilation with the use of free flue gas ducts after the demolished furnaces, installation of new ventilation and flue gas ducts for dual-purpose gas boilers,c) reconstruction of the gas system,d) reconstruction of the internal cold water and sewage systems, as well as construction of an internal hot water system in premises,e) replacement of the water supply connection to the building,6) construction, delivery and assembly of an "information board for the construction period", in - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Principles of marking the investment with regard to information for Residents".
