Description
Procedure with negotiation for the award of a global sectoral public contract integrating the design, construction, fitting out and maintenance of technical installations and works launched pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 2171-2 of the Public Procurement Code and Articles R. 2161-12, R. 2161-13 and R. 2161-17 of Decree No 2018-1225 of 24.12.2018 of the same code for the construction of a secure reception house, this contract includes all the elements of the design studies and all the preparatory work for the site (relocation, demolition) and construction work necessary for the construction of the structure: - the architectural and technical design studies, in particular:-- the construction of the building in perfect working order and all its equipment,-- the execution of the VRD and exterior works,-- the monitoring during the year of perfect completion.
