Description

For the refurbishment and conversion of the new headquarters of Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH and Stuttgart Netze GmbH, the following services are to be provided in the present tendered trade "carpentry work":- construction of wall cladding incl. Installation of wall cladding including add-ons and fixtures;- Benches with backrests; checkrooms;- Suspended sliding panels;- Room dividers in cubes;- Production of shelving with sliding doors and revolving doors and open shelving;- Tables;- Kitchen units;- WC fixtures, mirror and mirror cabinets, washbasin substructures;- Parapet cladding;- Baffles and tubes;- Stairway steps 7. For more detailed information, please refer to the enclosed list of services and appendices (Annex 3). Upon conclusion of the contract, the contract attached as Annex 2 shall come into force.
Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH and Stuttgarter Netze GmbH are planning to relocate their respective headquarters, consisting of administration and technical departments with workshops, to a joint location in the future. As a result of a search for a location, the property "Kesselstraße 23 in Stuttgart-Wangen" was identified as a suitable existing property, which is now to be leased on a long-term basis and renovated and converted in accordance with the requirements.The property Kesselstraße 23 is a large, contiguous building with adjacent outdoor area, which was planned and constructed in several construction phases and is divided into three components:1. The "office" component with eight above-ground floors and one basement floor must be upgraded in terms of fire protection. In addition, the office areas are to be remodeled in line with modern working environments and the specific requirements of future users.2 The "warehouse" section, with three floors above ground and one basement, is to be adapted to the requirements of users on all floors by means of partial interior fittings.3.The single-story "workshop" component, which does not have a basement, must be converted and upgraded to meet the extensive requirements of the new user.3 The interior fit-out for the "office" component includes the demolition of the non-load-bearing existing walls and surfaces, as well as the conversion to modern working environments with closed and open work areas, retreat and collaboration areas, as well as meeting rooms and ancillary rooms. Here, the active involvement of the user with all department-specific requirements is to be taken into account.
