The subject matter of the contract is designing and execution of construction works involving thermal modernization and change of heating system of multifamily residential buildings located in Bytom city centre at Kochanowskiego 17 Street, Katowicka 60 Street, Staromiejska 2 Street, Staromiejska 3 Street in accordance with attached Functional and Utility Programmes constituting annexes no. 1.1 - 1.4 to SWZ.
Part I - thermal modernization and change of heating system of the building located at 17 Kochanowskiego Street in Bytom.The subject matter of the contract covers design and execution of construction works consisting in thermal modernization and change of heating system in the building in questionThe building is located in Bytom at 17 Kochanowskiego Street on a plot of land with a registration number: 209/62 with an area of 519 m2The building is an object in urban development, located in a row of tenement houses constituting the development of Kochanowskiego Street in Bytom. The building is under conservation protection due to its location in zone A of strict protection of the urban layout in accordance with the provisions of the local spatial development plan for a part of the Rozbark area, approved by Resolution No. LIV/786/09 of the City Council in Bytom on 25 November 2009. (The purpose of the order is to ensure appropriate thermal insulation and energy efficiency of the building, in accordance with current standards and regulations. The external dimensions of the building (length, width, height) remain unchanged. The building footprint area is 156.00 m2, the net area of the building covered by the study is 541.19 m2, usable area after the redesign is 485.77 m2. Building volume 2148.00 m3.Detailed description includes Chapter III SWZ (Terms of Reference) Part II - Thermomodernization and change of heating system of the building located at 60 Katowicka Street in Bytom. The building under the contract is located in Bytom at 60 Katowicka Street, on a plot of land with a registration number: 180/61 with an area of 356.00 m2. The building is an urban structure, located within a row of tenement houses forming Katowicka Street in Bytom. The building is under conservation protection due to its location in the local OL3 zone and revitalization zone R1 of the local spatial development plan for downtown Bytom called "Downtown Revitalization and Development Plan (ReRoŚ)", approved by way of a resolution no. XXIX/458/04 of the City Council in Bytom dated 25 August 2004.The purpose of the order is to ensure appropriate thermal insulation and energy efficiency of the building, in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. The external dimensions of the building (length, width, height) will not change as a result of the execution of the contract. The building footprint is 357.03 m2. Net area of the building covered by the study 1398.00 m2. Usable area after the redesign 1209.73 m2. Building volume: 5066.26 m3 Detailed description includes Chapter III SWZ Part III - Thermal modernisation and change of heating system of the building located at 2 Staromiejska Street in Bytom. The subject matter of the contract covers designing and execution of construction works consisting in thermal modernisation and change of heating system in the said building: 325/30 with an area of 548.0 m2. The building is an urban structure, located within a row of tenement houses constituting a development of Staromiejska street in Bytom. The building is under the protection of conservation due to its location in the local OL3 zone, revitalization zone R1 and archaeological supervision zone W2 of the local land use plan for the city center of Bytom, under the name of "Plan for Revitalization and Development of the City Center (ReRoś)", approved by Resolution No. XXIX/458/04 of the City Council of Bytom dated 25 August 2004. (The purpose of the contract is to ensure appropriate thermal insulation and energy efficiency of the building, in accordance with current standards and regulations. The external dimensions of the building (length, width, height) will not change as a result of the contract execution. Footprint of the building 342.0 m2. Usable area after the redesign 1 259.07 m2. Building volume 6 388.00 m3.Detailed description includes Chapter III SWZ Part IV - Thermomodernization and change of heating system of the building located at 3 Staromiejska Street in Bytom. The subject matter of the contract covers designing and execution of construction works concerning thermomodernization and change of heating system along with accompanying works in the said building: 222/23 with an area of 1,076.78 m2. The building is an urban structure, located in the row of tenement houses constituting a development of Staromiejska street in Bytom. The building is under the protection of conservation due to its location in the local OL3 zone, revitalization zone R1 and archaeological supervision zone W2 of the local land use plan for the city center of Bytom called "Downtown Revitalization and Development Plan (ReRoś)", approved by Resolution No. XXIX/458/04 of the City Council of Bytom dated 25 August 2004. (External dimensions of the building (length, width, height) will not change as a result of the contract execution. The building will be covered with a gable roof with an inclination angle of 6°. The built-in area of the building is 312.0 m2. Usable area after the redesign 1 335.96 m2. Volume of the building 5 616.0 m3. Detailed description includes Chapter III SWZ.
