Description

Construction of the 2nd waste collection centre in Salon-de-Provence. Lot nº 1 VRD, earthworks, civil engineering. Lot nº 2 metallic equipments. Lot nº 3 fence. Lot nº 4 guard room. Lot nº 5 green spaces.
The works concerned by Lot No. 1 are the following: - the whole necessary earthworks; - the execution of the civil engineering; - the execution of the trench and the laying of the networks; - the rainwater network; - the road works. The works concerned by Lot 2 are the following: - the supply and installation of the 450 m2 lean-to; - the supply and installation of the following equipment: metal railings, anti-fall devices, gates, gates, service stairs, maritime containers. The works concerned by lot 3 are as follows: - preparation of holes for posts; - civil engineering works: concrete blocks; - supply and fitting of fencing; - supply and fitting of fencing; - supply and fitting of a waste net. The works concerned by lot 4 are as follows: the supply and laying of the 60 m2 caretaker's room and its connection to the utilities. For adapted procedures above EUR 90 000 excluding VAT, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area allows, by analogy with Article R. 2123-1 of the public procurement code, to have a more flexible procedure [MAPA below EUR 90 000 or MAPA below EUR 40 000] for lots below EUR 80 000 excluding VAT and not exceeding 20 % of the total value of the lots. Lot 5 green spaces can be considered as a small lot and is subject to a procedure for lots below EUR 40 000 excluding VAT. This consultation therefore concerns only lots 1 to 4.
