Description

This is a global performance contract for a rehabilitation/reuse operation of an office building. The contract will cover the design, rehabilitation work and interior layout of spaces on a functional project with a modeling of the premises that will be innovative, creative and modular. The operation consists of rehabilitating approximately 10,000 m of SDO as well as part of the underground car park (69 spaces) and the outdoor facilities. The "design" or "studies" phase to be carried out by the design team (architect and design offices) covers the services defined below: - pre-project studies (APS/APD) and development in consultation with the contracting authority and users, - studies of the interior layout of all or part of the future fixed and mobile furniture on the site, - studies of all future digital equipment (fixed and mobile with commissioning) on the site, - authorisation file and necessary administrative declarations (building permits, etc.) linked to the operation, - project studies and development in consultation with the contracting authority and users. For information, the design and implementation will be in the form of an informed digital model (BIM). The "Realization" phase will be carried out partly by the design team (architect / interior architect and design offices) at least on the services defined below: - execution studies, - work to carry out the work, - OPC / Organisation of the worksite, - internal control of the works, - assistance with the acceptance of the works, carrying out tests and self-checks, - handing over of the DOE, - guarantee of perfect completion. Additional tasks: - fire safety system, - restorer-designer, - signage.
