Description

The subject of this Order is the following: design and execution of works consisting of:- optimization of the track layout in Częstochowa Towarowa station;- liquidation of redundant tracks and turnout connections;- reconstruction of turnout heads in the main auxiliary tracks and station area CTA, CTB, CTB11;- replacement of the track and turnout pavement in Częstochowa Towarowa station and in the main main tracks of line No. 703;- and accompanying works in the field of electrical power, catenary network, telecommunications, cubature. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order has been presented in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), constituting Volume III of the SWZ.
1. The subject of this Order is to perform the following elements: design and execution of works consisting of:- optimization of the track layout in the Częstochowa Towarowa station;- liquidation of redundant tracks and turnout connections;- reconstruction of turnout heads in the main auxiliary and station tracks of the CTA, CTB, CTB11 area;- replacement of the railroad track and turnout surfaces in the Częstochowa Towarowa station and in the main tracks of the main line No. 703;- and accompanying works in the field of electrical power, catenary network, telecommunications, cubature. The entire subject of the Order includes the execution of the following elements:1) Design documentation, including:a) construction design with author's supervision,b) obtaining a building permit and other necessary administrative decisions,c) development of the detailed design,d) development of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation,2) Execution of works within the scope of:(a) pavement and subgrade,b) railroad traffic control (traffic control) equipment,c) telecommunications equipment and systems,d) overhead line with power supply,e) electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,f) cubature facilities,g) geology.2. Implementation of works involving the construction of environmental facilities.3. Conducting the process of conformity assessment of structural subsystems within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem) and submitting the corresponding EC declarations of verification and EC certificates of verification for the subsystems.
