Description

The subject matter of the contract includes: a) design and execution of construction works for the reconstruction of a multi-family building with a service function, with a change of the existing function. The building is located in Bytom at 15 Kochanowskiego Street, on a plot of land with the registration number 209/62; b) design and execution of construction works within the scope of reconstruction of a multi-family building with a service function, with a change of the existing function. The building is an outbuilding in Bytom at 7 Witczaka Street, on a plot of land with registration number 210/48;c) design and execution of construction works within the scope of reconstruction of a multi-family building with service function, with change of the existing function. The building is located in Bytom at 3 Żeromskiego Street, on a plot of land with the registration number 32;d) design and execution of construction works within the scope of reconstruction of a multi-family building with service function, with a change of the existing function. The building is in Bytom at 29 Siemianowicka Street, on a plot of land with the registration number 7907/528.
Design and execution of construction works consisting in reconstruction of a building located in Bytom at Siemianowicka 29, on a plot with the registration number 7907/528. Kochanowskiego 15 in order to create social premises in it, including:1) agreeing on the confirmation of sufficient connection of utilities or obtaining new technical conditions for the connection of electricity, gas, water, sewage and storm water drainage systems and the execution of gas heating installation; 2) performing supplementary measurements and checking the technical condition to the extent necessary to carry out the investment, including in particular after performing demolition and disassembly works;3) preparing a conservation program agreed with the conservation services;4) preparing a construction design, obtaining conservation arrangements, preparing the necessary expert opinions and obtaining relevant deviations from the applicable technical and construction regulations, obtaining a building permit and other necessary and required by law decisions, arrangements, documents, preparation of executive designs, investor's measurements and cost estimates, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works;5) exercising by the Designer the author's supervision over the execution of the project;6) performing, on the basis of the above mentioned elaborations, the construction works in the scope of reconstruction of a multi-family residential building in a "turnkey" system together with the accompanying technical infrastructure, land development and equipment of the facility;7) preparing as-built documentation and other documents allowing to obtain the decision on the building use permit together with obtaining this decision;8) obtaining the acceptance of the executed investment by the fire brigade, sanitary and other necessary and required by law services.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1.1 to the ToR: Annex 1.1.a.
