Description

The subject matter of the contract is to develop project documentation and to execute, on its basis, construction works within the scope of the Investment "Construction of a waste composting plant at the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewiczach in the design and build formula:1)construction design and detailed design, agreed with the Ordering Party, together with obtaining all agreements required by law, studies, deviations, approvals, necessary to obtain a building permit, permit for the implementation of the Investment or notification of construction works;2)execution of construction works together with author's supervision over their implementation;3)delivery and installation of the necessary devices, machinery, equipment, including provision of service required by their manufacturer, replacement of parts/materials for operation within the scope of remuneration under the Agreement during the Reporting Period;4)performance of warranty inspections;5)achievement of guaranteed operating parameters of the Installation.
The Investment should be performed within the scope specified in the Agreement and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU volume III of the SWZ), containing the detailed scope of works, services and deliveries, including the parameters of the Investment and details of technological solutions and requirements, and in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the Construction Law, as well as technical standards and principles of technical knowledge applicable to the subject matter of the contract, decisions, opinions, agreements, standards and principles of construction art applicable to the performance of construction works, in accordance with the recommendations of the Supervising Engineer of the Agreement (hereinafter: "INU"), in a manner that ensures the efficient and safe operation of the Installation. Installation means a waste composting plant - an installation with a capacity of min. 25,000 Mg/year for biological processing of waste under aerobic conditions in a closed bioreactor system, together with the necessary infrastructure elements (including. installation of: water supply, rainwater and technological sewage system, electrical power system, telecommunication system, tanks for clean rainwater, tanks for technological leachate, scrubbers and biofilters), covered waste reception area and maneuvering area in front of the tunnels, technical rooms, yard for composting/stabilization of waste, storage shed for finished compost.The Contractor will have at the stage of execution of the order (Contract) a team of people with the following construction authorizations: - to design without limitation in the specialty of construction and building,- to design without limitation in the specialty of installation in the field of networks, installations and devices of heating, ventilation, gas, water and sewage systems,- to design without limitation in the specialty of installation in the field of networks of electrical and power installations and devices,- to design without limitation in the specialty of installation in the field of networks of telecommunications installations and devices,- to design without limitation in the specialty of road engineering, in the specialty of installation in the field of networks, installations and devices of heat, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage systems - to direct construction works without limitation, - in the specialty of installation in the field of networks, installations and devices of electrical and electric power, telecommunications without limitation.The Contractor, at the stage of execution of the order (Contract), is obliged to provide the necessary personnel with the appropriate construction authorizations to carry out the design work and to supervise the branch works necessary for the proper execution of the order. The above personnel shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority for approval and included in the bid price.
