The subject of the order is to perform the reconstruction of the residential and service building located at ul. 11 Listopada 20/ks. Stanisława Stojałowskiego 9 in Bielsko-Biała as a part of the conservation renovation. The building in question is located on plot no. 854, District: 0005 Biała Miasto. The building was built in 1710 and is located at 20 11 Listopada Street and adjacent to 9 Stanisława Stojałowskiego Street. The building has a partially basement (basement area of 65.05 m2), on the ground floor there are 4 commercial premises with a total area of 138.91 m2, while on the first floor there are 4 residential premises with an area of 175.00 m2. The usable area of the building is 345.14 m2, the cubic capacity of the building is 2 105.00 m2.
Rebuilding of the building at 11 Listopada Street 20/x. Stanisława Stojałowskiego 9 in Bielsko-Biała as part of the conservation renovation - the task will be carried out under the project called "New life in old - new buildings. Revitalization of degraded areas - stage II" under the European Regional Development Fund, Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, Measure 10.4. Improvement of the urban environment.The building built in 1710 is located at 20 11 Listopada Street and is adjacent to 9 Stanisława Stojałowskiego Street. The building is partially cellared (basement area 65.05 m2), on the ground floor there are 4 commercial premises with a total area of 138.91 m2, while on the first floor there are 4 residential premises with an area of 175.00 m2. The usable area of the building is 345.14 m2, cubic capacity of the building is 2 105.00 m3. Renovation of the building assumes renovation and reconstruction works aimed at ensuring technical durability of the building and ensuring appropriate standard of living and commercial premises. The scope of renovation includes, among other things, introducing a toilet room into the commercial premises, providing ventilation to the commercial and residential premises and arranging chimney ducts. Introduction of gas central heating to residential and commercial premises, liquidation of tiled stoves. At the basement level, the existing brick partitions should be dismantled, floor layers should be dismantled and water repellent screeds should be made and the division of tenant cells should be restored. In public corridors, approximately 5 cm of the existing floor should be removed, cavities should be filled in and a layer of new self-levelling screed should be poured. The floor is made of uniform stoneware tiles imitating stone. Installations located on the staircase should be hidden in grooves, wooden casings should be put on gas meters according to the architectural design detail, electric meters should be arranged. Replacement of the surface of the inner courtyard with concrete cobblestones stylized in stone. Performing band drainage and linear drainage. On the ground floor, shop windows stylized, unified with the existing woodwork to be preserved, windows on the ground floor from the side of the courtyard should be replaced with composite woodwork, the colouring consistent with the shop windows, windows on the first floor should be replaced with composite woodwork, profiles should be reconstructed according to the historical woodwork. External and internal door joinery should be renovated and partly replaced. Depending on the technical condition, the façade detail should be removed and reconstructed or only repaired and painted. On the southern elevation plaster to be dropped and reconstructed, on the external elevations up to the height of the window sills, a sandstone pedestal should be made. Foundations should be dried and protected against moisture. Replacement of the roof rafter framing with the preservation of the existing shape and slope inclination of the roof slope and roof covering with ceramic tiles and replacement of flashings. Crowns of chimneys should be walled up from the level of the attic ceiling to the height of the existing ones, installation of snow barrier. Stone stairs to the basement and the attic should be renovated, steps and steps from 11 Listopada Street should be replaced with wooden ones.
