Description

GWA intends to award the planning and construction of a recycling plant for a maximum of 180 000 Mg (household waste, commercial waste, production-specific waste and bulky waste) to a general contractor. The aim of the plant is in particular to generate recyclable waste such as waste wood, metal and plastic as well as medium and high-calorific substitute fuels (RDF).
The services of the general contractor contract are to be awarded in several stages.stage 1:Planning of the complete plant including preparation of the documents for safe start-up and shut-down operation, safety-related protective measures, process flow diagrams, supply of electrical energy (incl. emergency power), regulation and control technology, specifications of the machines and presentation of material flows as well as mass and energy balance;- Preparation of the work plans and workshop drawings;- Preparation of the documents for, among other things work safety, fire protection, escape and rescue plan, noise protection (plant technology);- structural design (including halls, steel construction, steel construction for stairs, platforms and aggregates);- coordination with the client or third parties commissioned by him, among other things regarding the transport connection.Stage 2 Execution phase (construction and commissioning):The contractor is solely responsible for the construction of the component as well as the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the plant technology (including trial operation and training of the client's operating personnel) until acceptance of the service after successful trial operation and documentation.The services of the Contractor also include, among other things:- Coordination of the construction schedule with the Client;- Construction site installation and operation;- Project, construction, assembly and commissioning services;- Construction management and overall construction management for the complete plant- Ensuring technical acceptances and participation in official acceptances.Stage 3 Maintenance of the plant:After acceptance of the plant, the Contractor also takes over the specialist maintenance services of the plant technology for a period of time to be determined (if necessary including provision of on-call service and fault service).
