Description

The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task "Construction of a pavilion for accommodation of inmates with accompanying infrastructure on the premises of the Remand Prison in Suwałki", including: - Construction of a pavilion for accommodation of inmates of the closed type together with internal electrical, sanitary, teletechnical installations, as well as basic technical and protective safeguards. The internal area of the inmate accommodation pavilion approximately 2673.12 m2, the number of inmate accommodation places in the pavilion: 255 places. - Construction of walking areas with the necessary technical and protective safeguards, observation tower, fences. - Expansion of the existing main gate building. The project includes the reconstruction of part of the existing main gate building. The height and volume of the building will change, along with the geometry of the roof. - Expansion and reconstruction of the existing kitchen building with internal technological installations. Construction of an external technological steam transmission system. - Construction of an external gravity sanitary sewage system. - Construction of an external pressurized sanitary sewage system. - Construction of a sewage pumping station. - Construction of an external water supply and hydrant system. - Construction of an external underground power installation. - Construction of an external underground power installation (backup power supply from a generator). -Construction of a telecommunications connection. - Construction of teletechnical installations (video surveillance system, intrusion system, access control system, intrusion detection system, gated metal detector). - Construction of lighting of the security strip with a length: min. 640,2 m. -Construction of a solid fence in accordance with the guidelines for a closed-type prison with a length: min. 640,2 m. - Construction of a mesh fence in accordance with the guidelines for a closed-type penitentiary with a length: min. 653 m. - Construction of paved footpaths with an area of 2628.39 m2. - Construction of parking spaces (parking lots) and roadways with an area: 5424.10 m2. - Construction of teletechnical installations in the existing main gate building (video surveillance system, access control system).
The construction contract was defined and described by means of design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, in accordance with the wording of Article 103 (1) of the Law of September 11, 2019. - Public Procurement Law. The design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works will be obligatory appendices to the Terms of Procurement.
