The contract holder will be awarded a design phase, a construction phase (works) and an operation/maintenance phase. The completion guarantee is extended to 24 months. Estimated duration of the contract: - design-build phase: 31 months (including acceptance and favourable opinion of the safety commission, excluding ABM), - operation/maintenance phase: 60 months. All durations are subject to change as a result of possible exchanges during the negotiation phase. Estimated starting date for services: 2nd half of 2021.
This new college at Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry will have a capacity of 800 pupils, which could be increased to 600 pupils in the longer term, depending on demographic needs. It will be located on a 16 500 m2 plot of land set back from Emile Filée and Marie Curie Streets in Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry. It is an agricultural plot bordered by a housing estate and public services (day nursery, school, François Villon College, sports complex, rescue centre). Adjacent plots of land will be used by other owners to build a bus station and the paths necessary for the operation of the college, while being independent of it, as well as the public square for access to the college grounds. The overall surface area of the college is approximately 6,481 m2 useful, it will be composed of classrooms, administrative and teaching premises, school life premises for students and a permanent contract. The half board of about 750 m2 will be of type V (650 to 899 rations). Staff housing (approximately 500 m2) will also be built, an underground car park and a wood-fired boiler room. This operation will have to reconcile several objectives, such as simple functionality, energy performance, environmental characteristics and controlled costs.
