Description

The subject matter of the contract is the reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant in Gostynin. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in attachment no. 1 - Description of the subject matter of the contract, which consists of the following parts: - attachment no. 1.1 - Description of the subject matter of the contract - Contracting Authority's requirements,- attachment no. 1.2 - Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract,- attachment no. 1.3 - Design documentation.The subject matter of the contract shall be executed with consideration of the currently binding provisions of law, resulting from the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, Public Procurement Law and Construction Law.
