Description
The park building must play an important role in building up a community on the Tech Lane Ghent business park in Zwijnaarde. This building must become a pleasant meeting place for the employees of the companies and visitors to the business park, and includes an open range of services, such as: resto, meeting rooms, conference rooms, ... in combination with an own offer of business space. It is also the intention that the building will house the CESPE Innovation Accelerator: a flexible open research and innovation environment in the field of (bio)pharmaceutical production with a.o. chemical labs and pharmaceutical clean rooms (CESPE: Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Pharmaceutical Engineering & Manufacturing).
