Description

The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of six culverts from concrete pipes to high light arcade culverts and stabilization of a landslide located in the course of forest road No. 19 Brylińce - Koniusza in the Rokszyce forest district in the city of Brylińka together with reconstruction of the forest road structure within the reconstructed culverts and landslide. The investment is aimed at: - restoring biological continuity of the watercourse through the reconstruction of culverts from concrete pipes to the designed structures (arcade - wheeled culverts with high light).- The aim of the investment is to: - restore the biological continuity of the stream through the reconstruction of culverts from concrete pipes to the designed structures (arched - wheeled culverts with high light); - make the stream channel more accessible (construction of a rapid flow); - protect slopes from washing out (stone overburden); - improve the flood safety of the area; - protect the wooden slopes of the Szybenica Mountain from damage to the road body; - restore the road parameters through the reconstruction of the road structure with the exchange of weak-bearing soil in the subsoil; - remove useless soil along with the arrangement of the road drainage system; - restore and protect the road body.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. design documentation being Appendix No. 1 to the ToR for Partial Task No. 1. The Contracting Authority requires that all persons performing the subject matter of the contract be employed by the contractor or subcontractor under the terms of the employment contract if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Contracting Authority does not require the employment of persons performing independent technical functions in the construction industry on the basis of an employment contract. An independent technical function in the construction industry may be performed only by persons with "building authorizations". Construction authorizations are granted by name. Therefore, in order to perform the duties of site manager as well as in the field of geodesy and cartography, i.e. surveyor, it is not required to establish an employment relationship under the direction of the employer. The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of four culverts from concrete pipes into high-light curved culverts in the course of forest road No L30/03/8 in the area of Leśnictwo Kormanice in the city of Witoszynka, together with the reconstruction of the forest road within the confines of the culverts being rebuilt. The investment is aimed at: - restoring the biological continuity of the watercourse by converting the culverts from concrete pipes into designed structures (high-light curved-circular culverts).- The aim of the project is to: - restore the biological continuity of the stream through the reconstruction of the culverts from concrete pipes into the designed structures (arched and circular culverts with high light), - clear the stream channel (construction of a sharp stream), - secure slopes against washing out (stone overburden), - improve flood safety of the area. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. the design documentation being Appendix 1 to To the ToR for Partial Task No. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. design documentation attached as Appendix 1 to the ToR for Partial Task No. 6.
