Description

The general scope of construction works includes: 1) Insulation of external walls2) Insulation of basement walls to the foundation bench with moisture insulation.3) Insulation of the roof with accompanying works.4) Replacement of window joinery in accordance with applicable regulations (before ordering the joinery, the dimensions should be checked in the light of the structural walls, taking into account the dimensions from the project and external and internal jambs in the case of a difference resulting from the installation specifications of old windows, the internal jambs should be profiled to match the newly installed windows).5) Replacement of external doors in accordance with current regulations (before ordering woodwork, the dimensions should be checked in the light of the construction walls, taking into account the external and internal jambs).6) Replacement of central heating installations: a) central heating installations should be carried out following the trace of the modernised installation in the existing openings left after dismantling the old installation. Alternatively, it is allowed to run risers, levels on the surface and make the casing from plasterboards. External plasterboard k-g connections (corners) should be secured with a perforated aluminium corner sunk in gypsum and then the casing should be dug out and painted; if the risers are covered, a new inspection door should be installed to allow access to the riser vent (risers, horizontal and twigs should be insulated),b) after dismantling old radiators, the wall should be cleaned, levelled, plastered and repainted c) existing casings should be dismantled/reassembled after replacement c.o, in the case of their damage, make a new one7) Construction of the boiler room (on the basis of PFU and the issued conditions of the gas connection)8) Replacing the lightning protection system.9) Works accompanying thermomodernization:a) existing walkways, terrace and band around the building, then dismantle the foundation walls to the bench and lay it again reconstructing the original state, in other places make a new band of paving stones b) making new platforms / external stairs as described in the projectc) replacement of guttering, feathers, flashings, drain pipes, external windowsills, railings as described in the projectd) renovation of chimneys, replacement of chimney caps and installation of a new hatch together with accompanying works as described in the projecte) installation of new external lamps,f) replacement of ventilation grilles (grilles with additional fixing protection should be installed)g) in places marked on the facade, installation of new system canopies made of aluminium profiles, filling, smoky polycarbonateh) making the necessary fillings of cavities in bricks and fragments of brickwork in order to perform construction works according to the art of building.i) masonry light sources for renovation according to the description in the project with a new scaffold gratingj) The dimensions of the works constitute a supporting document for the description of the subject of the contract. Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3a par. 3a of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or the sub-contractor employ persons performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing the work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974. - The scope of work of the persons performing the activities specified by the Contracting Authority within the scope of the contract and the manner of documenting the employment of such persons and the Contracting Authority's authority to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements and sanctions for non-compliance are specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix no. 1 to the ToR) and in the model contract, in particular in § 5 and § 11 item 2 (Appendix no. 7 to the ToR).
