Description

Construction of the second phase of the Institut du Littoral for La Rochelle University, bringing together all the teams and equipment of the UMR Littoral Environnement et Sociétés.
This lot includes all the work relating to the project, including, but not limited to: - the drawing up of calculation notes, load descents, summary plans and all the execution and detail plans, at all scales necessary for a proper understanding of the implementation of the elements by the project supervisor;- the drawing up of any calculation notes requested by the project supervisor and the control office;- the method of carrying out the works the site installations necessary for all the participants in the project, in particular those necessary for the various personnel and for the storage of materials, safety equipment and all the means necessary for the execution of the works and the smooth progress of the works;- the supply and laying of the floor coverings described and located in the present document;- the application of the paints described and located in the present document. Are part of the present lot all the works related to the project including, but not limited to: - the supply and installation of the timber framework, as shown on the graphic documents of the project manager;- all tests necessary for the control of the manufacturing;- the adjustment and wedging of the structural works;- the supply and installation of the timber-framed wall works and timber cladding. Are part of the present lot all the works relating to the project including, but not limited to: - the supply and installation of the structural steel elements, as shown on the project manager's graphic documents;- all the tests necessary for the control of the manufacturing;- the adjustment and wedging of the structural works, according to the structural drawings. Are part of the present lot all the works related to the project including, but not limited to: - the supply and installation of wooden cladding works;- the supply and installation of metal cladding works;- the supply and installation of canopies, caps;- the supply and installation of various sheet metal works. All the works relating to the project including, but not limited to: - the reception of the state of the supports of all kinds, concrete slabs, structural elements (cleanliness, flatness, surface state, humidity);- the studies, slope plans, detailed drawings of waterproofing works, the definition of the dimensions of the waterproofing connection pieces to the rainwater drainage works and to the various waterproofing crossing works in compliance with the prescriptions of DTU 20.12, 40.5 and 43.1;- the supply and installation of the waterproofing supports made of ribbed steel sheets;- the supply and installation of the waterproofing covering materials in the running parts, reliefs etc. defined in this document, including the bridging strips;- the watertightness at the end of the day or in the event of an unexpected stoppage under the conditions provided for in the TAs of the process used;- the supply and installation of the water inlets. Are part of the present lot all the works related to the project including, but not limited to: - the studies of the execution and detailed drawings of the works to be transmitted before any manufacture;- the supply of materials including the fittings;- the manufacture in the workshop including the fittings, the transport on foot of the works, the storage, the laying, the adjustment and the fitting of the works;- the reservations, holes, cuttings, seals, caulking and connections;- the supply of the devices for fixing the works;- the supply of the devices for fixing the works of this batch except when they can be incorporated into the works of the structural works batch;- the supply and installation of the devices ensuring the wedging, including any jacks;- the gun seals and the necessary fixing welds;- the supply and installation of the glazing and their sealing devices;- the supply and installation of the glazing beads;- the protection and finishing of the metals. All work relating to the project including, but not limited to:- the studies, calculations, layouts, execution and detailed drawings of the works; - the verification of the framework and the materials chosen in accordance with the regulatory requirements, in particular those relating to the risks of fire and panic and the contractual requirements of resistance, non-lifting, adaptation to the hygrometry of the premises and thermal and acoustic insulation;- the supply and installation of the metal frameworks and the devices for fixing them to the supporting structure, including all constraints due to the obstruction of air ducts and other networks;- the execution, if necessary, of the ceilings in two phases, the first phase consisting of the installation of the hangers;- the supply and installation of the trays, plates, strips, profiles or other elements constituting the ceiling proper, including all fastening and fixing systems. The material will be new, delivered to the site free of any alteration, oxidation or other and in the manufacturer's presentation. Each of the main appliances shall bear a clearly visible plaque mentioning the name of the manufacturer, the type and the main characteristics of the appliance. The equipment shall be adapted to the nature of the fluids used, to the temperatures and pressures to be withstood in all cases, even unexpectedly, such as maximum pressure at zero flow, and to all operating speeds of the installation. The characteristics of the equipment will never be chosen by default. All the materials used are non-combustible (M1 classification), except in the cases specified by the regulations. The connections of the equipment must be made in such a way that they can be removed, disassembled or inspected without having to dismantle the components installed on these connections. Under no circumstances will these connections be supported by the unit itself. All work related to the project, including but not limited to the following, is included in this lot: - compressed air production and distribution;- argon production and distribution;- helium alpha 2 production and distribution;- crystal production and distribution;- O2 production and distribution;- CO2 production and distribution;- nitrogen alpha 1 production and distribution;- nitrogen alpha U production and distribution;- gas detection system. This lot includes all work related to the project, including, but not limited to:- temporary site installation;- earth network and equipotential bonding;- low-voltage switchboards;- cable trays/ducts/columns;- drillings, cut-outs, plugging;- sockets, sockets with coding on separate networks for computer stations, specific sockets;- chandeliers;- lighting of the premises by LED luminaires;- presence detection in classrooms, sanitary facilities, offices and corridors;- various power supplies for power and other uses;- emergency lighting by means of marker blocks and ambient lighting;- telephone/computer pre-wiring category 6A;- fire alarm type 1;- SSI category A;- access control/intrusion alarm;- testing, commissioning, cleaning of structures, certificate of conformity. This implies, in particular, without this list being restrictive, the realization of the following services and works: - drawing up of the project and the supply of complete execution plans for all the proposed works and, in particular, the reservation plans, detailed execution plans, detailed execution plans, assembly and operating instructions, operating and safety instructions;- manufacture, supply, transport to the site, temporary storage of equipment;- the supply, establishment and removal of all necessary machinery;- the removal of rubble, waste and surplus earth from the work carried out;- the control and implementation of civil engineering provisions relating to networks and equipment, as well as the making of the reservations necessary for the execution of the work. It is understood that drilling, sealing.
