Description

1.The subject of the contract is a comprehensive implementation of the investment, i.e. the construction of the building of the Ruczaj Centre, a branch of the Podgórze Cultural Centre, together with the development of the investment area and the construction of full technical infrastructure.The investment should be carried out in accordance with: a) the final decision of the building permit, b) design documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Work (STWiORB), c) material and financial schedules for the implementation of the contract, d) principles of technical knowledge, e) the findings of author's supervision, f) in accordance with the provisions of the contract.2A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the Contractor's duties is included in the Model Agreement, constituting attachment No. 1 to the Specification of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the ToR) and the Design Documentation, constituting attachment No. 2 to the ToR.3 The Contractor undertakes to complete the subject matter of the contract within the time limit specified in this notice, taking into account the detailed deadlines specified in the Model Agreement.4The requirements of art. 29 item 3a of the PPL Act concerning indication by the Contracting Authority of the obligation to employ persons performing the contract based on the employment contract, concerning documentation of employment of such persons, control and sanctions for failure to meet the requirements, the type of activities necessary to perform the contract to which the requirements to employ persons performing the following activities under the employment contract by the Economic Operator or Subcontractor during the performance of the contract: bricklaying, plastering, painting and paving works - are specified in the Model Agreement.NOTE: a.The Contractor shall deliver and install bicycle racks in the amount specified in the design documentation and Technical Specifications for the Construction Work Execution and Acceptance (STWiORB) made by Limba Eko Sp. z o.o., which will be in accordance with the guidelines contained in the document entitled "Technical and executive standards for bicycle infrastructure of the City of Krakow", which is an annex to the Ordinance of the President of the City of Krakow No. 3113/2018 of 15.11.2018, in particular, will be in accordance with the model of the recommended bicycle rack, which is presented on page 83 of the above mentioned annex.b.The purchaser informs that the design documentation and STWiORB made available in the tender is a scan of its paper version. Therefore, in order to prepare a tender, one should follow the dimensions placed on the drawings and the values given in the descriptions in particular studies (the scale of the scanned documents may not be consistent with the actual scale of the drawings in the paper version). The Ordering Party informs that it is possible to get acquainted with the paper version of the design documentation and STWiORB at the seat of the Municipal Investment Board in Krakow, ul. Reymonta 20, 30-059 Krakow, on working days from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., after prior arrangement by phone. The Ordering Party informs that tree No. 7 - Robinia akacjowa (marking in accordance with the greenery inventory as part of the construction project), covered by the decision on greenery cutting No. 490/K/20187 of 04.10.2018 was removed (its cutting remains outside the scope of the subject of the contract).
