Description

The renovation of the regional mixed city should make it possible to create a regional mixed city that is a pioneer of campuses of excellence, with an influence at the Ile-de-France and national levels. The project aims to improve all the spaces with a more rational functional organization, while giving priority to green spaces and openness to the city. It also aims to requalify the entrance sequence and allow for the security and visibility of the equipment from the public space. As an indication, the cost of the work is estimated at 47,000,000 EUR excluding tax and the intellectual services at 6,000,000 (excluding tax).
Global performance contract for the overall renovation of the Paul Valéry Regional Mixed City in Paris (12e) : the construction, combining design and execution, will have to benefit from methods that will optimise lead times and control costs. The agility of industrial manufacturing processes should help to implement the modularity of the spaces allowing for versatile use and scalable and adaptable construction, while ensuring the management of nuisances in a dense urban site. Construction methods should have the least impact on the environment. The constructive solution must highlight its innovative character in the fields of materials, assembly, production, design, industrialization, organization and process. The quality of the materials used must be such as to allow for the bio-climate of the structure. The capacity of the system will have to be adapted to the characteristics and the pedagogical specificities of the project. The final project will also have to easily allow spatial modifications during its use in order to respond to the programmatic evolutions of the educational buildings. The constructive solution will have to correspond to the expectations of the Ile-de-France region, both in terms of time and cost, respecting the compliance with the regulations for Establishments to be received from the public (ERP), and the ease of use of the school equipment. Compulsory social integration clause: in order to promote employment and combat exclusion, the Ile-de-France region has decided to apply the provisions of articles L. 2113-12 et seq. of the public procurement code by including a compulsory social integration clause in this public contract. As part of the performance of the contract, the candidate must carry out an integration measure that allows access to or return to employment for people experiencing particular social or professional difficulties. The arrangements for carrying out compulsory integration hours will be specified in the consultation file for undertakings.
