Description
The purpose of the contract is to entrust the contractor with a global mission concerning the design and construction of a new university residence. The purpose of the Operation is the construction of two new buildings allowing : - student accommodation (300 units spread over 2 buildings); - the creation of large student life spaces: cultural and event room, study and coworking spaces, conviviality spaces, sports room, outdoor arena allowing for a film projection, etc.); - the development of a central tree and vegetation island of approximately 4,500 square meters. The project owner has determined that the works belong to the following category: new construction of buildings
