The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment involving the improvement of energy efficiency in Żory educational and sports facilities, together with their expansion, as part of a project co-financed by the Government's Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program.The contract has been divided into 5 partsPart 1 - Expansion and reconstruction of the building of the Rogoźna TSO at 119 Wodzisławska StreetPart 2 - Expansion with reconstruction and renovation of TSO No. 7 in Osina at Szkolna StreetPart 3 - Modernization of the facade of the building of SP-3 at ul. The general scope of work related to the SP No. 3 building includes: 1.Performing injection cream injection of foundation walls from inside the premises according to drawing No. 13. 2.Performing drainage along the western wall of the building with connection to the rainwater drainage system and performing gravel band according to drawing No. 00. 3.Renovation of cellar fanlights. 4.Renovation of the descent to the basement of the gymnasium.5. The Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Katowice has issued a permit No. K/1328/2021 to conduct construction works at the monument entered into the register. The Contractor is obliged to perform construction works in accordance with the said permit. Scope of general construction work - expansion The scope of work includes expansion of the existing school, which is part of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 9 in Zory, with additional classrooms and provision of new communication between the existing school and gymnasium buildings at the site of the planned demolition of the existing connector building. The expanded school building will be equipped with the following internal installations: electrical, low-current, lightning protection, cold and hot water, sanitary sewage, gas and central heating. The building will be non-basement, with three above-ground floors (first floor, first floor and second floor), made in monolithic reinforced concrete construction - foundations, ceilings and internal stairs, masonry - external and internal walls. The foundations of the building will be made on footings, poured monolithically with masonry walls above the ground, which will be insulated with mineral wool panels. The ceilings (including the roof structure) will be made as monolithic reinforced concrete, flat roof with attics, insulated with mineral wool with heat-welded roofing paper not spreading fire. Due to the expansion of the existing school with additional classrooms, it is planned to demolish the existing connecting building with a staircase between the existing school and gymnasium buildings, serving as communication. The building with dimensions : length 9.10 m x width 7.91 m x height 7.29 m, is a two-story object without a basement. The building is partially overhung and supported on pillars, made in masonry construction - walls, monolithic reinforced concrete construction - ceiling, internal stairs and pillars, and wooden construction - roof truss. The roof of the building is made as a gable roof, is partially symmetrical, covered with trapezoidal metal sheets. External window and door woodwork - PVC. The connector building with staircase is separated from the existing school and gymnasium buildings.
