Description

1) The subject matter of the order is the performance of investor construction supervision in the name and on behalf of the Investor - the City of Warsaw Ursynów District - over the construction works related to the construction of the Care and Housing Center "Ursynów" together with the development of the area at Belgradzka Street in Warsaw on the plot of land number 5 from the area 1-12-16 in the Ursynów District of the City of Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in: Description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is at the same time an annex to the draft provisions of the contract; Design documentation - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, which is at the same time an annex to the draft provisions of the contract; Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ;
The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction supervision in the name and on behalf of the Investor - the City of Warsaw Ursynów District - over construction works related to the construction of the Care and Housing Center "Ursynów" together with the development of the area at Belgradzka Street in Warsaw on the plot of land no. 5, section 1-12-16 in the Ursynów District of the City of Warsaw. Supervising inspectors should perform duties under the Construction Law for the entire duration and acceptance of the works (estimate 440 days), so that the works are carried out properly and on time. The frequency of visits to the site, regardless of the industry, will be no less than that indicated in the contract and adapted to the course of the works. Verification from the correctness of the execution of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the contract.The contracting authority is in the process of awarding a public contract for the construction of the Care and Housing Center "Ursynów" with land development at Belgradzka Street in Warsaw.
