Description

Acting as an investor's supervision inspector in the construction of small lowland water retention facilities in the Gniezno Forest Inspectorate - Dolina, Kowalewko, Skorzecin. The scope of the service includes performing the following tasks in accordance with the provisions of the Building Law: - Investor supervision inspector (art. 25, 26 of the Building Law), - coordinator of investor supervision activities (art. 27 of the Building Law).
Acting as an investor's supervision inspector in the construction of small lowland water retention facilities in the Gniezno Forest Inspectorate - Dolina, Kowalewko, Skorzecin. The scope of the service includes performing the following tasks in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law: - Investor supervision inspector (art. 25, 26 of the Construction Law), - coordinator of investor supervision activities (art. 27 of the Construction Law).The detailed scope of the task includes:1. Getting acquainted with the agreement which the contracting authority will conclude with the contractor.2.Checking the quality of the works performed, built-in products, and in particular preventing the use of defective or inadmissible products for trade and use in the construction industry.5. Checking whether the materials used and the manner of their assembly comply with the requirements and regulations on monument protection and nature conservation (in particular if there are individual conditions of the above mentioned nature in relation to a given facility).6.Checking whether the contractors comply with the health and safety plan and legal regulations, including in particular health and safety at work, fire safety, environment and nature protection and protection of archaeological/cultural heritage and monuments.8.Demanding the site manager to make corrections or to re-perform faulty works, as well as to stop further works in case their continuation causes hazards or causes unacceptable non-compliance with the technical documentation or the building permit.10.Control of the contractor, whether after the completion of the works the area was brought to order.12. Control of the execution of formal activities resulting from the technical conditions, arrangements and decisions in force.13. Control of settlements between the contractor and its subcontractors (e.g. in the scope of verification of statements on payments made to subcontractors).14. Participation in meetings and deliberations on the execution of works.15.Preparation and participation in the works acceptance activities, both during partial acceptance and final acceptance of works.16. Checking the removal of defects.17. Checking the content and completeness of the documentation created during the works.18. Preparation of documents related to notifying the competent authority of the completion of construction works and obtaining the final decision on the permit for use, if such notification or obtaining a decision is required by law.19Each time the progress of works is recorded in the form of a construction log, a construction log will be kept by the contractor even if it is not required in the issued construction permit.20 Attendance at the construction site, at least once a week and at the request of the contracting authority and the contractor, and documenting their visits with an entry in the construction log, absence caused by factors beyond the contractor's control (e.g. illness, business trip, holidays) requires the contracting authority to be informed in the working mode.20Information in writing on the necessity to perform necessary or replacement works not included in the works agreement concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor, or on the necessity to resign from certain works, if this is necessary and consistent with the content of the agreement concluded by the contracting authority with the contractor and the applicable regulations for the execution of the subject of the agreement.
