Clarification of information given in section II item 1.1 of the contract notice. 1.1 of the contract notice, the full name of the contract is: Management and investor supervision over the execution of an investment task: "Construction of a road tunnel in the course of voivodeship road No. 638 with simultaneous elimination of a railway crossing at rail level at km 19.376 of railway line No. 2 Warszawa Zachodnia - Terespol and reconstruction of the road system connecting to the planned road tunnel".
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of management and investor supervision services for the execution of an investment task: "Construction of a road tunnel in the course of voivodeship road No. 638 with simultaneous elimination of the railway crossing at rail level at km 19.376 of the railway line No. 2 Warszawa Zachodnia - Terespol and reconstruction of the road system connecting to the planned road tunnel" as part of the project POIiŚ 5.1-21 "Improving safety at railway line and road crossings - Stage II - viaduct part "The subject matter of the order will include the following stages: Stage I - execution of the Works;Stage II - warranty and notification of defects.
