The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender competition for an agreement for group contract for consultancy services for services for Rød School at Kråkerøy.Fredrikstad municipality shall demolish the current gymnastics building at Rød School at Kråkerøy and replace it with a new building. The new building must cover the requirement for the expansion to a two-parallel primary school with related facilities such as changing rooms, group rooms and the expansion of the area for the before- and after-school care service.A combined gymnasium and cultural arena with a stage, upgrading/new building for special rooms, music, art and craft as well as culinary and health education and alternative educational areas, expansion of office places and changing rooms for personnel.A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation.

In this context, a multi-use hall must be included that also covers the needs of the sport in addition to the school's needs. The alternatives are subject to a political decision.
