Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of works: "Reconstruction of the Wiczliński Stream together with the construction of retention reservoirs in Gdynia - stage II", implemented under the Project entitled: "Development of rainwater management system in Gdynia - part III".The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) execution of works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Awarding Entity and attached to the ToR and taking into account the instructions of the ToR,2) obtaining permits for use or submitting notifications to the relevant construction supervision authority, as appropriate, and submitting to the Awarding Entity the obtained permits or documents confirming the effectiveness of submitting the notifications; the Economic Operator determines on his own what parts of the subject matter of the contract and within what period of time such permits or notifications need to be obtained; the Awarding Entity shall grant the Economic Operator a relevant power of attorney in this respect.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) regulation of the Wiczliński Stream along the section from km 3+029.00 to km 3+384.20.2) construction of a culvert under the technological road in km 3+319.30.3) construction of a culvert under ul. Wiczlińska in km 3+362,53,4) construction of a dry storage tank "SZKOŁA" on Wiczliński stream,5) construction of piezometers,6) liquidation of a section of infiltration and drainage ditch at ul. Chwarznieńska with making an overflow to the Wiczliński stream,7) construction of exploitation roads with places to rest and exit from the manoeuvring yard to the bottom of the tank,8) making exits from Wiczlińska and Chwarznieńska streets,9) making a pavement in ul. Chwarznieńska,10) tank lighting,11) reconstruction of telecommunication network,12) reconstruction of medium pressure gas pipeline,13) reconstruction of water supply system,14) reconstruction of inspection wells on the sanitary canal,15) execution of small architecture elements (benches and waste bins, bicycle stands, boards)16) greenery, includinga) felling of trees and bushes, grubbing up together with removal of carpets and roots,b) securing existing trees,c) making lawns/curfaces,d) planting hedges around the tank,e) taking care of lawns/curfaces and shrubs within 1 year from the date of final acceptance,17) temporary traffic organization for the duration of the works18) preparation and installation of 2pcs. unilateral information and memorial boards concerning co-financing of the Project from EU funds
