Description of the measure New construction of a 2-fold sports hallDescription of the object:The planned new construction is a solidly built, 1-story building without a basement. The upper floor in the northeast direction is only intended for the building's technical equipment. In the southern part of the building, an access path with teacher areas as well as sanitary facilities will be provided. On the opposite north side of the building, the usual changing areas for sports halls as well as sanitary facilities will be provided. In the northeastern part there is a corner foyer with an adjoining small kitchen area. The hall space can be divided by a partition curtain. On the north side of the building, the foyer for access to the sports hall and distribution within the building is located in the center. In the northern part there are the usual locker rooms with wet areas and the public sanitary facilities. In the northeastern part there is a corner foyer with an adjoining small kitchen area. The hall area has a grandstand system and the playing field can be divided into 2 hall areas by a partition curtain. In the southern part of the building are the equipment rooms and the teachers' areas, which can be accessed via an additional access road from the south. The main supporting structure of the sports hall will be solid (reinforced concrete/masonry). The non-load-bearing interior walls are made of drywall. Parts of the hall and its roof structure will be a steel construction with trapezoidal sheet metal on top. The lower annexes will have a solid reinforced concrete roof, whereby the area above the changing rooms and the public sanitary areas will be partly constructed with hollow prestressed concrete planks due to the spans. The foyer will be fitted with a skylight. The roof of the hall will also be equipped with a PV system. The exterior walls will be clad with a clinker facade in the lower section. The upper part will receive a profiled glass façade, which will be filled with translucent fiberglass wool and will provide uniform lighting for the hall. The ancillary areas will be lit via ribbon windows and the corner foyer will receive a generous post-and-beam façade.The site is located in the west of Werl. It is located in the Werl Sports Park, directly adjacent to the Buchgeister Stadium, the Werl Indoor Swimming Pool, the railroad embankment of the German Federal Railway and the Salzbach. The site is accessible via an access road on Höppe Street and on foot through the tunnel under the railroad embankment.
