Description

Implementation of a two-stage EU award procedure under the procedure type "Restricted procedure with public call for competition". Further project-specific information can be found in the attached specifications Part A, Part B and Part C. The project objective is the turnkey construction for the conversion and extension of the Schwarzbach wastewater treatment plant with all construction services, the complete mechanical equipment, the electrical power supply and the E/I&C and automation technology including all planning services still required. Bidders should be given the opportunity to deviate from the official draft by submitting alternative offers in order to be able to develop the best possible system configuration while demonstrating overall cost-effectiveness. The planned procedural arrangement of the 4th cleaning stage (cloth filtration, ozonation, downstream continuously rinsed GAK filter) must not be changed.
