LOS 3.03.1 Steel construction works.
The construction site is located on the school grounds of the Evangelisches Schulzentrum Michaelschule, Dierkower Damm 39. The planned measure is the conversion and extension of the building. Work on the school grounds requires consideration and coordination. The working hours on the construction site are not limited. Additional or special measures are not necessary. The valid regulations are to be observed for the protection of health and safety at work on the construction site in the school area. The work includes:- all steel constructions (steel - supporting structure, trapezoidal sheet metal roof;- underspannings;- transitions, supports;- trailer loads of the services following the steel construction work, such as facades, sun protection, roof structure, glass roof;- assembly joints;- connecting means.During the processing, on-site specifications for anchoring sports equipment to the ceiling and walls and for anchoring the facade scaffolding to the steel supports are to be taken into account;site equipment for the entire scope of the steel construction work, including the necessary protective and working scaffolding, as well as assembly equipment of all kinds, e.g. mobile crane, platforms, auxiliary trains, construction crane;height of steel construction: up to approx. 20 m üb.
