Description
The aim of the contracting authority is to conclude 3 framework agreements for (heat) piping systems above ground including disconnection/integration. Future above-ground (heat) piping systems are part of the scope of this tender. The associated engineering is also part of this procurement package. The disconnections for/integration of underground (heat) pipelines and associated engineering also fall within the scope of this procurement package. This includes the engineering, supply, installation and IBS of heat exchangers, pumps, pressure reducers, injection coolers, pressure holding systems, accounting measurement, etc. The process and system engineering and control philosophy are also part of this. The underground cables and pipelines (including heat) themselves are excluded from this procurement package, as these are other market parties. A separate invitation to tender is being conducted for this purpose: tender 135664.
