The whole investment task will consist in revitalizing the concrete insurance of the left and right bank of the Warta River on the section from the Przemysl I Bridge (246.00 km) to the fork of the Warta River in Poznan (243.50 km), as well as renovating the existing stairs, terraces, briefs and sewage outlets on the section of 2.5 km on both sides of the river. The contract covers demolition works of the existing concrete fortifications with rubble export and construction of new insurance of the Warta River slopes and accompanying elements (including briefs, staircase terraces). The existing concrete fortifications will be replaced by baskets and gabion mattresses, filled with stone and reinforced with a wooden palisade. After filling the mattresses with stone, they will be filled from about half the length of the humus reinforcement and then closed with biomat to ensure proper grass growth. For Option A, the slope insurance is designed as a 30 cm thick gabion mattress, laid on a geotextile and 15 cm thick bedding. It is expected that the gabion mattresses will be completely filled with stone bedding. The pores (free spaces in the imposition) will be filled with humus (from the carriage). In order to fill the pores optimally, a hydromechanical procedure - humus infusion with a mobile combustion pump - is envisaged. A mattress filled with humus will be covered with polymer geomatics. Obtaining the vegetative capacity of the above mentioned biomat will fix the foundation of the mattress and give it the character of a natural slope (the effect of revitalization of the river bank). In order to ensure optimal vegetation conditions (biomatically grown grasses), the design documentation provides for the application of care treatments in the first vegetation period (irrigation, fertilization, mowing, sowing of grasses). Variant A also includes finishing of 8 sewage outlets owned by the Contracting Authority Variant A or other gestures, which Variant A represents. For Option B, it is also envisaged to modernise coastal infrastructure elements, such as - terraces, pcs. 8, - slope stairs, pcs. 16, - briefs, pcs. 5, - outlets, pcs. 6, - mooring devices, - pedestrian walkway.
