Description

The subject of the contract is the construction of a 1.7 km long bypass of the city of Trzebiatow, connecting provincial road No. 102 and 103.
1. The scope of construction works includes:1) cutting down trees and shrubs that collide with the designed investment;2) performing demolition works;3) replacement of weak-bearing land;4) making displacement columns;5) performing superstructure works on the voivodship road (making a foundation layer with BA, binding layer with BA and abrasive layer with SMA);6) construction of pavements, pedestrian and bicycle lanes;7) construction of traffic slowing elements;8) construction of a roundabout on DW 102;9) construction of street lighting;10) reconstruction of power networks;11) reconstruction of telecommunication lines;12) reconstruction of water supply system;13) reconstruction of sanitary pumping system;14) reconstruction of low pressure gas network;15) construction of culverts;16) execution of street inlets;17) execution of vertical and horizontal marking.2The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in chapter C of the ToR and the assessed works' sub-contracts.3 The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law.1) The scope of works is set at PLN 3,520,067.00 net, with the scope consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar works.2) Conditions under which they will be awarded: execution of works during the term of the contract, as well as after its completion:a) for socially justified reasons;b) in order to improve road safety;c) in cases justified by technology;d) in cases justified by local conditions;e) taking into account changes after negotiations with the Economic Operator.4The Awarding Entity requires that the Economic Operator employs on the basis of a contract of employment, within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code Act, full-time all persons performing the activities covered by the scope of the contract, i.e. work performed with physical effort, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. This obligation also applies to subcontractors - the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontracting agreement appropriate provisions obliging subcontractors to employ persons performing the aforementioned activities.
