The subject of the contract is to perform the extension of provincial road No. 163, 8.17 km long. The beginning of the task was marked at the exit from the city of Połczyn-Zdrój, before the exit to the gas station in km 65+550, the end in km 73+720.
The subject of the contract is the extension of provincial road No. 163, 8.17 km long. The beginning of the task was marked at the exit from the city of Połczyn-Zdrój, before the exit to the gas station in km 65+550, end in km 73+720.2. The scope of construction works includes:1) removal of trees and shrubs that collide with the investment project;2) demolition and preparatory works;3) unification of the width of the roadway to 7.0 m;4) adjustment of roadsides;5) construction of the roadway structure;6) correction of arches taking into account the improvement of traffic flow and visibility;7) reconstruction of intersections, exits, road connections;8) reconstruction of pavements and pedestrian and bicycle tracks;9) reconstruction of existing bus and parking bays;10) reconstruction of existing road trenches;11) reconstruction, construction of culverts under exits and under the road;12) reconstruction and extension of existing lighting;13) introduction of new vertical and horizontal road markings together with the installation of road safety elements;14) installation of temporary and permanent protective and guide fences for amphibians.3The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in chapter C of the ToR and CAP.4 The names and pictures included in the tender documentation are exemplary. In the case of the presence of proper names in the documentation, the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent materials and products, provided that the proposed materials and products will correspond in terms of equivalence parameters to the materials and products indicated by the contracting authority. Where equivalent materials or products are offered, the economic operator, at the request of the contracting authority, shall submit a description of the equivalent materials and products in accordance with the ToR. Photographs of products included in the design documentation are for illustrative purposes only. If the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, in particular those referred to in art. 30 - of the PPL Act, is indicated in the design documentation, technical specifications or the subassembly of works, this indication is only for illustrative purposes and the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent materials and products, provided that the materials/products proposed will correspond in terms of equivalence parameters to the materials/products indicated by the contracting authority. Where equivalent material/products are offered by the economic operator, the contracting authority shall require the submission of appropriate documents to substantiate the equivalence of those material/products. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Act - PPL.1.) the scope of works is set at up to PLN 4,652,514.00 net, to the extent consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract, consisting in repeating similar works;2) conditions under which they will be awarded: execution of works during the term of the contract, as well as after its completion: a) for socially justified reasons,b) in order to improve road traffic safety,c) in cases justified by technology,d) in cases justified by local conditions,e) taking into account changes after negotiations with the contractor.6The Awarding Entity requires that a contractor employs, on the basis of a contract of employment within the meaning of the provisions of the Labour Code Act, all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract, i.e. work performed with physical effort, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040 as amended). This obligation also applies to subcontractors - the contractor is obliged to include in each subcontracting agreement appropriate provisions obliging subcontractors to employ persons performing the above mentioned activities.
