1 The subject of the order is the extension of DW 424 on the section Gwoździce-Odrowąż-Gogolin and DW 415 on the section Gwoździce-Rogów Opolski in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference. Development of project documentation based on the functional-utility program, together with obtaining the necessary permit in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351 - uniform text, as amended) or a decision to authorize the implementation of a road investment in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003 on the special principles of preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads - Journal of Laws of 2022, item 176 - consolidated text).It is necessary to prepare a water-legal operation and obtain a water-legal permit, as well as other elements necessary for the implementation of the task, and obtain permits, agreements and approvals resulting from the scope of the project and acceptance of the complete documentation by the Regional Roads Authority in Opole.2.2. execution of construction works, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, based on the design documentation prepared by the contractor of works, together with services that are not construction works and, if necessary, securing monuments of small architecture, conducting archaeological research, providing archaeological, nature and ornithological supervision - to the extent resulting from specific regulations.The general, preliminary scope of execution of construction works, characteristic parameters defining the scope of construction works, general functional-utility characteristics are included in the functional-utility program.The design documentation should be developed in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular, with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of March 2, 1999 on the technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124 - consolidated text, as amended).In the event that it is necessary to obtain deviations from the technical conditions, consideration must be given to obtaining such a deviation. The contractor will be required to develop all necessary studies, measurements for this purpose.2.3.Exercise of author's supervision over the developed technical documentation
