Description

Extension Munich Schwabing Clinic, new construction of mother-child centre with integration and conversion of buildings 24 and 25Gross floor area approx. 20 400 m², BRI approx. 83 100 m³, 6 full storeys (-1 to +4) plus heliport on the roof. For a description of the contract, see Section II.2.4Munich Bogenhausen Clinic, Priority Renovation of Existing Building - Prio1 NorthMunich Bogenhausen Clinic, New Building, East Extension (New Building, HLP, Energy Centre)In order to be able to implement the new medical concept for the Harlaching Clinic in Munich and to realise the necessary renovation and renewal measures, the Harlaching Clinic in Munich requires a new replacement building due to the outdated building structures of the existing building from the 1960s. The building mass of the new building amounts to approx. 60,000 m² GFA. The size of the functional floors (ground floor - 2nd floor) is based on the boundaries of the construction area. The size of the nursing areas (3rd-5th floor) results from the requirement to be able to accommodate two double wards together on one floor with up to 65 beds per ward.
