Name of the order:
Conditioning of residual hole 14/15 by means of ship-based water treatment plant
_______________________________________________________________________
Short description of the procurement:
In order to maintain a pH value between 6 and 8 in the residual hole (RL) 14/15, neutralizing agents (limestone flour and/or white fine lime) must be introduced by means of an inlake treatment (by a ship-based water treatment plant in the underwater inlet).
Conditioning by means of a ship-based water treatment plant:
- former Tgb. Schlabendorf-Süd RL 14/15 (Schlabendorfer Lake)
in the period 2020 to 2022:
- Approx. 276 days of use of the ship-based water treatment plant in total
- Delivery and insertion of approx. 8,500 t limestone flour and approx. 10,700 t white fine lime
- a total of approx. 255 days for the ship-based water treatment facility
Option in the period 2023:
- approx. 92 days of operation of the ship-based water treatment plant
- Delivery and insertion approx. 2,800 t limestone flour & 3,600 t white fine lime
- Approx. 85 days for the ship-based water treatment plant
Use of the ship-based water treatment plant:
The conditioning of the residual hole 14/15 is carried out discontinuously with input quantities (conditioning agent white fine lime or limestone flour) of 25 t/day up to 100 t/day depending on reacidification (determined by the AG with scientific support).
The services include all necessary expenses for the delivery and large-scale input of the feed materials, which leave the ship-based water treatment plant as a diluted suspension (2-5%) and are turbulently discharged under water in the entire area of the Schlabendorf Lake.
The areas on which the services are provided are under mining supervision.
The areas on which the services are provided are located in areas endangered by ground rupture and settlement flow.
