Description

The purpose of the contract is the operational support service at the premises of the Chamber of Deputies: (1) antechamber service for the opening and closing of offices and premises, operational assistance to users of the offices, accompaniment to the floors of visitors to the offices, control of the administration's assets; (2) mail and materials delivery service between the Chamber of Deputies' offices and between the Chamber and recipients located in the territory of Roma Capitale; (3) room assistance and logistical support during events.
The purpose of the contract is the operational support service at the seats of the Chamber of Deputies, articulated in: (1) antechamber service for the opening and closing of offices and premises with custody of the relative keys, operational assistance to users of the offices, accompaniment to the floors of visitors to the offices and, in general, assistance to the same, the reporting of ordinary maintenance needs, including those relating to cleaning, the delivery of found objects, the control of administrative assets, including the library and archive assets guarded or delivered for reading, etc..(2) service of delivery of correspondence and materials concerning the collection and delivery of internal correspondence between the seats of the Chamber of Deputies, the delivery, with suitable means of transport, of correspondence from the Chamber of Deputies to the recipients located in the territory of Roma Capitale, the collection and delivery of documents and materials in the seats of the Chamber of Deputies located in the historic center of Rome, etc..(3) assistance service in the hall and logistical support during events including the activities of addressing and accompanying visitors, the handling of chairs and small furniture for the storage of material and for the display of posters, the display of knights, the verification of the complete flow of visitors at the end of the event, the use of the audio system, the distribution of materials, etc..The main service pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 48, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter: Legislative Decree 50/2016) consists of antechamber and mail delivery services (better specified in the specifications). The other activities constitute secondary services for the same purposes. Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008, as amended and supplemented, the DUVRI containing an indication of the risks of interference, which involve specific security charges of EUR 140.00 + VAT per year, already included in the value of the contract, is attached to the specifications. The rules of the Administration and Accounting Regulations of the Chamber of Deputies (hereinafter: "RAC"), including the related implementing rules, of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26.2.2014 and Legislative Decree 50/2016; the other rules of law and regulations expressly referred to in the lex specialis of the procedure or otherwise applicable for the regulation of the services to be rendered and the means to be used shall also apply. The rules referred to in point VI.3, on the ASP trading computer system, also apply.
