The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide office automation outsourcing services for DREES and assistance to users: - COBI management (work management, task planning, etc.)The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide office automation outsourcing services for DREES and to provide assistance to users, including:- management of the COBI (work management, task planning, etc.);- installation and configuration of office automation equipment;- installation of software and applications;- interventions: troubleshooting, relocation of equipment, installation of peripherals;- maintenance of the inventory of DREES equipment;- management of DREES user accounts and authorizations (email, office automation and business servers);- administration of the resources allocated to DREES on office automation or business servers;- office automation assistance to DREES users;- management and follow-up of incidents
