Description

The aim of the works in this competition is to provide technical services for the adaptive maintenance of existing subsystems, modules and programmes, as well as the functional design, technical design, construction and implementation of functional extensions and the technical support that users need, in order to achieve efficient use of the system and respond to requests for improvement and new developments in administrative procedures or current legislation.The provision of services covered by this document will focus primarily on the tasks listed below:- Operation of the system understood as management of the execution and control of non-interactive processes related to the activities prior to the introduction of variations in the payroll, backup copies and processes of calculation and validation of the payroll and social security, as well as the performance of specific processes of analysis and regularization,- Carrying out of corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, both extensive and normative, of the system (analysis, evaluation, construction and implementation) from the requests made by the project management, managed within the methodological framework adopted by the Junta de Andalucía,- Assistance and support to users of the central services and territorial delegations (DD.In addition, continuity will be given and a set of instrumental and organisational measures will be implemented which must currently contribute to facilitating the management and monitoring of the system,- Establishment of mechanisms for continuous improvement,- Automation of processes,- Others.
