Description

The purpose of the work in this file is to provide technical services related to consulting and determination of the solution, and the subsequent functional design, technical design, construction and implementation of a system for managing the analysis and exploitation of data of the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Junta de Andalucía.
- definition of the organizational and operational model of the council in terms of the policy of government and access to information for analysis and exploitation of data, as well as the definition of the mechanisms and organizational and operational protocols necessary to improve the quality of data, to achieve the best possible reliability and quality in the processes of production and exploitation of data, and that includes the definition of indicators in a centralized way in order to promote through all the council the unification of criteria,- definition and implementation of a centralized repository that consolidates the information in data marts and allows its analysis and exploitation, and that must consider the Seneca universe, Sirhus-e and other internal and external information systems of the Regional Ministry,- implementation of a user-friendly information exploitation tool that allows the increase of the number of managing users that access and use frequently the data exploitation and analysis tool, as well as to promote their autonomy,- extension of the functional range to cover the decision making of other priority processes of the Regional Ministry of Education and Sport. Definition and implementation of a predictive analytics ecosystem that supports the needs of predictive analytics, and the implementation of supervised and unsupervised predictive mathematical models, learning environments and improvement of these models, and detection of patterns that respond to current problems in educational management.
